I applied for McKinsey but I didn't pass the CV round. However, with the same CV, I passed BCG. Is there any difference in analysing CVs between 2 firms? How can I improve my CV to pass McKinsey?

I am an MBA Grad with 10 years of industry exp. I have landed 2 roles Parthenon and an MBB, with Parthenon my offer is in Africa and it is a Senior Manager role ( Highest SM grade ) VS a consultant offer with MBB in APAC.

I am still considering both options and leaning more towards Parthenon as it complements my 10 years of XP and might to a fast track partnership. The only downside I see with the MBB is my experience going down the drain.

Anyone with a different perspective cares to share thoughts?
